UFODesigns3D is a precision FDM 3D printing and batch production shop in Torrance, California. We run a 12-printer fleet of enclosed Bambu Lab machines — 7x P2S (256 x 256 x 256 mm), 4x H2D (325 x 320 x 325 mm), and 1x H2C (330 x 320 x 325 mm) — allowing us to run identical parts in parallel for fast, consistent batch production. All parts are made in the USA.
TECHNOLOGIES & MATERIALS
FDM/FFF printing in PLA (12 stocked colors), PLA Matte (7 stocked colors), and PETG (4 stocked colors). Layer heights from 0.08 mm to 0.28 mm, with 0.2 mm standard. Single-piece builds up to 330 x 320 x 325 mm; larger geometry handled through engineered multi-part assembly.
FINISHING & QUALITY
Support removal, deburring, and dimensional inspection are included on every part. We operate under documented QC procedures covering receiving inspection and non-conforming part handling, so every part is checked before it ships.
CAPACITY & LEAD TIMES
12 machines running in parallel support prototype-to-batch work, including batch runs of 25+ units. Typical lead time is 7-10 business days. We accept print-ready files (3MF or STL).

Packing & Delivery
Every part is dimensionally checked and visually inspected before it is packed — nothing ships without passing final inspection, backed by our written non-conforming-parts procedure. Parts are wrapped individually and packed in rigid boxes with cushioning sized to the part; multi-part orders are packed to prevent contact wear in transit. Retail-ready packaging is available for production runs on request.
