This is not your typical Ender/Prusa shop, we have industrial-grade FDM printers from companies such as Fusion3 (F410) and Raise3D (Pro2+, Pro3).
We are capable of producing larger models than most other shops. Our Fusion3 F410 is a single-nozzle printer capable of 14"x14"x14", our Raise3D Pro2+ is a dual-nozzle printer capable of 12"x12"x24", and our Raise3D Pro3 is a dual-nozzle machine capable of 12"x12"x12".
These are professional, engineering-grade machines. We can print any material upon request up to materials requiring a 300C nozzle and a 110C build plate. This includes but is not limited to PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, TPU, Carbon-Fiber Filled, Glass-Fiber Filled, Wood-Filled, Metal-Filled, BASF 316L, BASF 17-4PH.
Our favorite material for maximum-strength prints at an affordable price is Prusa's Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate Blend.
Most of our printers have dual-nozzles. This allows for a variety of benefits including dual-color prints, complex geometries requiring break-away or dissolvable supports, and faster print times.
Most requests (~80%+) ship within 72 hours. Exceptions are usually when extra material needs to be purchased or if the model is extra large and/or complex. In these cases, this will be communicated to the customer within 24 hours of placing an order.
