Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.   We have a custom booth and oven with dimensions capable of fitting anything or multiple parts up to 3.5' x 3.5' x 7.5'. If the pieces require any prep work aside from basic acetone wipe down, i.e. sandblasting, heavy degreasing, etc. we can provide those service for an additional fee. We use different product manufactures like Prismatic, Columbia, etc.
