We are a small 3D printing start up, currently working out of my home and looking to fulfill small orders and quick turn around times for prototypes and or machine fixtures. Printers: we have two large Industrial grade 3D printers
Printer 1: Is fully enclosed with a heated build plate. Has a build volume of 300x250x300 with a single 0.4 direct drive extruder. (1.75 filament size)
Printer 2: is fully enclosed with a heated build chamber and heated build plate. Has a build volume of 330x250x320 with a dual 0.4 direct drive extruders.

Metal filaments can be used to print metal parts, such as bafs 316 stainless steel filaments.
(sintering treatment is required in the post processing).
Part post processing will be offered but at an additional cost and price may very depending on the model.
PVA support is available and price may very per model.

Rapid3D is a print service located in Indiana, US. They work with PLA and PC in different colors. Our test item was printed in White PLA, and the result is as good as it was expected. The model came out pretty smooth with no defective spots. All the fine details and surface elements are solid and accurate. The order was printed in a timely manner.
