Bring your existing parts into the digital world with high quality 3D scanning and modelling, perfect for reverse engineering, replacement parts, or new product development.
I capture your part using a dedicated 3D scanning workflow, then clean and optimise the mesh so it is ready for use in CAD, visualisation, or 3D printing. Where required, I can remodel the scan into a fully parametric CAD file that is suitable for engineering changes and manufacturing.
Deliverables can include:
Watertight mesh files (STL / OBJ) suitable for 3D printing
Cleaned and aligned scans for measurement and reference
Optional parametric CAD models for design changes or tooling
Optional physical parts printed on a Creality Sermoon S1 for fit and functional testing
Typical applications:
