Precision SLA is a specialized rapid prototyping lab focused on delivering high-fidelity resin prints with strict dimensional tolerances. We prioritize premium surface finish and accuracy for functional parts, custom enclosures, and visual models.

Lead Times
Standard production: 4 to 5 days.
Optimized geometries and small batches: 1 to 2 days.

The Manufacturing Process
We operate 16K-resolution monochrome SLA hardware to achieve microscopic precision.

Material: 405nm Plant-Based Resins for an optimal balance of sharp detail and structural ductility.

Post-Processing: Parts undergo a strict, timed wash in 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol to clear micro-channels, followed by a controlled UV-curing cycle mapped to the geometry to maximize tensile strength and prevent over-curing.

Quality Assurance: Every part undergoes strict manual QA. Prints exhibiting warping, dimensional failure, or surface residue are immediately rejected and reprinted. We do not ship failed tolerances.
