Good quality, fast production.

At first the parts were really rough on the surfaces. I've included a picture with a bastard file for comparison of the surfaces. After a week of back-and-forth, he did redo the parts. They are much smoother, but have some strange ripples and other blemishes on the surface. They still have rough edges and lots of bits of support material, but OK, I can sand them. I could maybe have prevented some of the problems by telling him the orientation used when I had similar parts printed in the past, although I didn't think there was a big secret to it. The parts don't seem quite as stiff as similar parts made with CF-PLA. If you look at the examples for the shop's page, it's clear he can do some very nice work, and he did let me submit a last minute change to the file when I found mesh problems. But otherwise it's been an unpleasant experience, and I just want to get this over with and go elsewhere.

Ответ: Well pictures tell the story. First print was within quality standards as the web site describes. Surfaces that are supported don't have a perfect appearance as they print over a grid so it isn't possible on any machine. Customer never asked for repair just simply argued about how He knew it was my machine. As seen below print on the same machine 2nd time was just an object reorientation change and surfaces came out even better. We do our best to identify this the first time so that customers get the best result, in some cases this doesn't happen as almost every object is unique. If this is ever your experience work with me. I am not a high profit service so an understanding is all I ask if it is a deliberate issue on me I'll replace it no charge. If you require higher quality than the service states ask for that but know in that case there may be a shipping charge and possibly a material charge as that is what I am out to replace it. This customer did not ask and would not offer compensation when it was not required per the terms of this service. I wish him the best and hope this serves the understanding on how customer service is a two way street.
