overall this was a good experience. The quality only got 3 stars since one tab used to connect the face of the tv to the box was broken on arrival and there are some imperfections in places with critical dimensions, but nothing that can't be fixed with a blade & some super glue

This was a test order to see how the services worked. The print quality was very good. However, there were missing bits from my order, and the packing quality was a bit disappointing.

Ответ: We don't normally do such small orders so it was not thought to bag the small items as typically with quarter size or larger this will increase item breaks as identified in previous years of service. Missing items can occure and I offered to replace at no charge customer refused his loss.
