This printer has gone through major updates and improvements since I first bought it in 2017. Originally, it was a DIY Prusa I3 clone (Pro A) made by Geeetech with...Plus aluminium frame. It is now equipped with:
- orbiter extruder
- high flow extruder Phaetus
- active vibration compensation
- flexible filament guides
- anti-wobble devices on the Z axis
- quality linear bearings
- heated glass build plate MK2A with microporous coating
- custom bed leveling screws
- custom cooling fan for PLA and PETG prints
- anti-vibration pads and stepper mounts
- Marlin 2.1 firmware
- 0.9° NEMA stepper motors for X and Y axis (positional accuracy 6.25 um)
- TMC2209 silent stepper motor drivers with 1/64 micro-step interpolation
Slicing Software: Slic3r Prusa Edition 2.6.0
The layer resolution can be set between 0.1-0.4 mm with E3D copper nozzles 0.4 mm. Materials: PLA, PETG, TPU, PP, Nylon
