radio truck's rear section. I have addressed that issue (arose from the cutting I had done to separate the original one piece file). The new file is titled "rear radio cab v. 2.0". I reinforced the piece and smoothed the cab's bottom. thanks to Dominique for bringing this to my attention.
This is a 28mm model of the Maultier half track, a work horse of the Wehrmacht in WW2.
I have taken two much smaller scale one piece models (accredited in this post), up-scaled them to 1/56th (28mm), and broken them into multiple printable parts. One piece prints just do not work in 28mm scale.
For the basic transport Half Track, you will need to print these files :
1) the two front wheels
2) left and right tracks (these are not interchangable; they will tuck ever so slightly into recesses of the chassis
3) the "hull"
4) the cargo cover if you wish a covered bed
The radio truck/Command Post requires you to print these files :
1)1the two front wheels
2) left and right tracks (these are not interchangable; they will tuck ever so slightly into recesses of the chassis
3) the "radio truck chassis
4) the "rear radio cab"
5) the roof mounted "antenna" - print this piece without any brim or support - you will need support for most of the other pieces - it fits into matching recesses in the rear radio cab
6) the "locking nubs" - these fit recesses in the radio truck chassis and the radio cab, to align the parts and ensure they glue up properly
