glue them on. Also added guide holes for 1.75mm and 3mm filament. Cut a small piece and glue in the hole to hold the halves together.
Update: Made one version of the entrance into a watertight mesh. It has the suffix "fixed".
Print two bunker halves and glue them together. You will have a small building that doubles as a barracks and a bunker. Defend it with your imperial guards, space marines, or storm troopers. Scale it down to fit battletech, dirtside or drop zone commander.
There are several different versions so you can get many bunkers that are unique. There is also a midsection you can add between the ends to make it longer.
