Great communication.

Quality didn't get 5 stars because the layers came apart easily

It was not accurately created. Somewhere during the process, things sagged.

Easy to communicate with, an excellent price and good quality miniatures; what's not to like? They were willing to make and send another set when it seemed the initial delivery was lost. Would be happy to use them again.

All the surface elements and intricate details are well preserved and came out precisely, the surface finish turned out pretty smooth with no defective spots. The model was printed to good quality and in a timely manner.

The surface of the model came out very smooth and clean, the key elements of the part turned out flawless and accurate. The dimensions of the part are precise as well.
