Michael was fantastic! He stepped in when another printer declined the order and went above and beyond. My files included some geared pieces that he advised were a little intricate for pla and a .4mm nozzle, but he offered to do his best on them and he knocked them out of the park! He included multiple versions of them in multiple materials for no extra cost, because he wanted to make sure they worked for me. Michael made this a top notch experience and I'd happily order from him any time!
