For those of you who live in the desert southwest, you may wish to order parts in something other than PLA. The part was beautifully packaged, but the 110 degree F heat caused it to warp. Thankfully, it was still pliable when I got it out of the box, so I was able to mold it back into functional shape.

Christopher was extremely helpful is getting this printed in a timely manner. for a great price. His price was half of what another printing service offered us and he even delivered the print right to our office. Emerald City Maker made the items to perfection and shipped it very fast. I also forgot to order a 2nd print for a small item, so I contacted them and asked them to please add it to my order and bill me. Communicating with them was so easy and they added the extra item, shipped it and didn't even ask $$$ for the extra part. Thanks so much I will definitely order from them again!
