When the initial piece was broken in shipping, the maker promptly made a replacement and sent it out. A significant support is required for the build, the support was cleanly removed.

asked if I was ok with the quality of the print before they sent it and got it within 2 days of saying it looked perfect, product turned out better than I had hoped.
