Fair price, fast shipping and timely updates (order received, shipped...). Will use them again in the future

This was my first item ordered from Thingiverse. The product showed up in a cardboard sleeve (not even bubble wrapped). The product was also poorly printed and looked like it had been held near a heat source and slightly melted on the top.
