Very good communication with the vendor. Anyhow for my first print I'm somehow disappointed. I know I am a newbie and maybe my 3D model could have been a better fit for printing, but the part, I thought, that was not so complex has a very strange texture (see pictures), filament of ABS are not melted together and even after trying to remove the faulty ones it still looks disappointing and I believe the surface isn't as strong as with the missing layers (2 or 3 removed at the end). Again, not sure if it comes from a bad model design or printing.
