The printing quality and speed was excellent. Unfortunately one piece got damaged during shipping but GT-Print didn't hesitate to offer a reprint of the damaged piece and sent it for free. Absolutely customer friendly and very responsive in communication. Strong recommendation!

This was my first 3D-printing order, & the service-provider was extremely helpful regarding some beginners' design-mistakes. The result appears to be of impressive precision. The only flaw (resulting from my design) is in the rough finish of some unrealistically small details.

Once again the best printer I have come across. More than happy to talk you through everything and try some changes. Great knowledge of the process and so friendly. Don't think I am going to ever ask anyone else to do prints for me now.
