I ordered two items, one arrived with two holes (red circles in pic) & excess plastic melted on (green pic). I contacted the manufacturer who said it was the 3D model’s fault and I should try ordering different materials. I knew it wasn’t the 3D model’s fault as this specific model has been used many MANY times. I told manufacturer I wasn’t happy and got no reply. Contacted Treatstock, explained the problem, sent pics, & Treatstock told me my refund would be processed. They even acknowledged that there was nothing wrong with my model. Upon looking back I realize now that the pictures that were sent to me for approval are only the sides of the pieces that appear to look nice, the backsides are the damaged portion. This was a complaint I later saw that other buyers had from this manufacturer. Manufacturer messaged me later to tell me “they didn’t want me to be unhappy” so they’d refund my money, even though Treatstock had done it nearly a day earlier. Complete waste of my time.

This was supposed to be a jig to drill 20mm holes. The tolerances are way off by over 0.5mm. Can't use it. Parts don't fit inside each other either. Disappointing.

Stay away folks this guy sent me pictures of the back of my prints for approval know what the fronts looked like and totally took advantage of me I’m the last person to write a review let alone negitve but I tryed to contact him privately to make it right with no response be ware he my do great work for others but this has been my experience

I thought this guy was on the up and up he sent pictures of the backs of my prints which looked ok but then revived them and they are totally unusable I try rd to contact him to see if he’d make it right before I wrote anything negative with no response over 4 days ago I might as well have thrown my money into the garbage because that’s we’re these prints have to go just a heads up

Very impressed with this print! Only complaint is that a couple of the screw holes were filled in by a thin layer of plastic, but that was an easy fix. Would definitely buy from this shop again.
