The replacement part was way too brittle—as soon as I went to fit it in place (a little flex was required) it broke into two. I also received the piece in very rough form. The printer informed me that I had to sand out the imperfections. I'm okay with that but would have liked that information up front.

Item came back just as designed. My design was poor for the prototype, but the print was exactly what I needed and expected!
