Very good

The quality of the item was adequate compared to the challenging geometry. The staff was helpful and flexible. Manufacturing and shipping were much faster than indicated on the website! It might have helped to discuss the limitations of the process before producing the first sample. But this was probably due to the indirect communication ways. Communication would have been more efficient with a direct channel.
