What are the shipping options?

Self Ship

You will be responsible for organizing the shipping and the amount you specify in the shipping cost will be included in the customer’s bill. The price you set for domestic and international shipping will be a fixed price that is applied to all your orders. To establish the appropriate shipping price, you should consult your local postal service to find out the cost of posting a standard parcel domestically and internationally.

Treatstock Delivery Service

This option is only available for manufacturers located in the US and Canada. Treatstock delivery service is provided by USPS and Canada Post where shipping labels are generated based on the estimated size and weight for each order. All you will need to do is print the shipping label and take the parcel to a USPS or Canada Post office.

Please note: if you use Treatstock delivery service, we recommend charging a packaging fee to cover expenses for materials needed to securely ship the order to the client including strong cardboard boxes, proper cushioning materials to fix the content inside the boxes, and pressure-sensitive plastic or nylon reinforced tape.

Shipping Orders from RFQs

When a customer requests a Quote, you are the one to establish the cost for producing and delivering their project. Currently, we can’t provide shipping labels to orders which originated from an RFQ. Even if you had selected Treatstock Delivery Service, the dispatch of such orders will be your responsibility. Self-ship cost also can’t be included into a quote automatically, so when you are about to create a bill for the customer, please remember to include a shipping cost and ask for their delivery address.
